| Co-op Advertising |
| Direct all co-op advertising inquiries to Stephanie Stewart, Marketing & Promotions Manager, Red Deer Press.
The Press will pay up to 50% of the cost of a promotion or advertisement, subject to availability of co–op funds. Prior approval must be obtained. Invoices with tearsheet must be submitted within three months of promotion. |

| Payment Terms |
| Payment is due at the month end following the date of invoice (e.g. June invoices are due July 31). All shipments FOB Fitzhenry & Whiteside. |

| Returns Policy |
| Quantity unlimited, subject to the following conditions: |
- Books must have been invoiced not less than three and not more than twelve months prior to return. Permission is not required.
- Full credit will be allowed for returns only if accompanied by an accurate packing slip indicating invoice numbers and dates, ISBN and list price of titles,
discounts and quantities of each title returned. Cartons must be numbered and clearly labeled as returns. A 5% penalty of the net total will be applied to all
books returned without full information.

- Books ineligible for credit will be returned at the customer's expense. Unacceptable returns are shipped in the same manner as new books.
- Fitzhenry & Whiteside and Red Deer Press are not responsible for any shipments sent by mail.
- Fitzhenry & Whiteside will not accept returns for COD titles.

| Damaged Books |
| Damaged books must be reported to Fitzhenry & Whiteside customer service within 10 days of shipping date.
If possible, books should be returned in the box in which they were shipped. If any obvious damage is visible upon receipt of a shipment it should be reported to the
carrier (including Canada Post) immediately as well as to Fitzhenry & Whiteside. Short shipments or errors must be reported within 10 days of invoice date. |
